Terms of vacation

1.The house is open all year for rent.

2.The rental prices  for 2018 are:

- April: 135 € / day

- May:  135 € / day

- June:  160 € / day

- July - August:  200 € / day

- September:  185 € / day

- Octomber:  135 € / day

- November to March: 128 € / day

it is independent of the number of guests, max. six people can be included, minimum rent is five days

 

3.Included in the rental price is:

- Cleaning the house (2 x per week)
- fresh bed linen (2 x per week)
- Towels, beach towels
- Internet access
- Electricity, water

4.The rental price does not include:

- Cost of arrival / departure
- Car Rental

5.With the conclusion of a travel contract, a deposit of 25 % of the price attached.
Balance to be paid within 10 working days prior to departure.

7.Cancellations of travel

- Up to 30 working days before scheduled departure, for free.
- 30 to 10 working days before the planned departure date, 25 % of tour price.
- Less than 5 working days before the planned departure date, 50 % of tour price.
