The house is located in the center of the village, at the same time peaceful in a secluded location. It’is a detached 200 year old traditional stone house, every detail lovingly renovated and restored.

To the house include a large sun terrace and a sunbathing area. You have a free panoramic view from the east via the south to the west. You see the ocean, valleys, hillsand plains, the rising and setting sun.

Korakiana Cottage has a floor space of 110 m2. Upstairs are three bedrooms: 
- in 'Jasmine bedroom' there is a double french style bed,
- in the 'Sea room' there is a king size bed
- and two beds in the third one.

All have products from COCO-MAT, which is a recognized leader for natural sleep products (mattresses, bed-mattresses, pillows, duvets), bed linen, towels and furniture for homes and hotels (more info).

In the basement are the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The living room features a large dining area, a cozy couch, fireplace, stereo, television, books, movies, board games etc.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, electric cooker, washing machine and electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, fruit press, etc.

The house has a WiFi - Network.

The house is air conditioned and has central heating.

The house immediately conveys the Greek – Corfiot - village atmosphere, while you don’t need to give up the comfort you are accustomed of your home.

Included in the rental price is:
- fresh bed linen (2 x per week)
